MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Fried Tuna Patties

Yield: 4 servings

6 oz Can tuna, drained and
- flaked
1 lg Egg
1/2 c Italian-seasoned bread
- crumbs
1/3 c Fine chopped onion
1/4 c Chopped celery
1/4 c Chopped red bell pepper
1/4 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Chili sauce
1/2 ts Dill weed
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
ds Hot pepper sauce
ds Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Olive oil
4 Hamburger buns; split
Tomato slices; opt
Lettuce leaves; opt

In a large bowl, combine tuna and next 12 ingredients;
mix well. Shape into 4 patties (mixture will be soft).

In a nonstick skillet, cook patties in oil over
medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through,
3-4 minutes per side. Serve on buns. If desired, add
tomato and lettuce.
